SLOW COOKER CHERRY COLA PULLED PORK


JUICY AND TENDER SLOW COOKER CHERRY COLA PULLED PORK IS THE PERFECT SET IT AND FORGET IT SUMMER CROCKPOT RECIPE. SERVE OVER RICE OR ON A BUN TOPPED WITH YOUR FAVORITE BBQ SAUCE!
Ingredients
  • 1 4-5 pound pork shoulder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cans Cherry Coca Cola
  • 1 cup bbq sauce store-bought or homemade


Instructions
  1. Place pork in a greased slow cooker. Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and liquid smoke.
  2. Add cola to the slow cooker, cover, and cook for 8 hours on low.
  3. Shred with two forks, stir in bbq sauce, and serve over rice or on a burger bun with more bbq sauce.
