Creamy Pan Seared Salmon with Tomatoes and Spinach

Great easy recipe! Family loved it!

Gluten free
∙ Serves 4
16 oz Salmon, skin on fillets
6 oz Baby spinach
2 tbsp Basil, fresh
2 cups Cherry tomatoes
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
Baking & spices
1 Black pepper, fresh ground
1 Salt
Oils & vinegars
2 tbsp Garlic flavored olive oil
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Evaporated milk you can also use half & half or heavy cream, low fat
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
