Shrimp Burgers



These patties are filled with delicious chunks of shrimp and seasoned with lemon and parsley. (Grain free, Dairy Free, Paleo, Whole30, SCD Legal)

Ingredients
Gluten free
∙ Makes 9 patties

500 g Shrimp or medium sized prawns, large
Produce
1 clove Garlic
1 Lemon, zest and juice from
1 Lemon, juice from
2 tbsp Onion
1/4 cup Parsley
Refrigerated
1 Egg
1 Egg + 1 egg yolk
Baking & spices
1/2 cup Almond flour
1 Salt & pepper
1 Salt and pepper
Oils & vinegars
1 tbsp Oil
3/4 cup Olive oil
