Smothered Chicken Breasts

4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast, skinless boneless halves
8 strips Bacon
1 Onion
Baking & spices
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & vinegars
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Colby-monterey jack cheese
