Beef Stew

Yummmm. Made this twice in the last week first time for dinner the second bc it was all gone and my husband loved it and asked me to make it

∙ Serves 8
2 lbs Stewing beef
4 Carrots
4 Celery stalks
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
3/4 cup Peas
1 lb Potatoes
1 tsp Rosemary, dried
Canned goods
6 cups Beef broth
3 tbsp Tomato paste
Baking & spices
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Cornstarch
3 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & vinegars
3 tbsp Olive oil
Beer, wine & spirits
1/2 cup Red wine optional
2 tbsp Water
