Hot Fudge Pudding Cake



Recipe adapted from Hershey's Kitchens

1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 cups Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Dairy
1/3 cup Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Milk
Frozen
1 Vanilla ice cream
Liquids
1 1/4 cups Water, hot
