One Pan Gnocchi With Sundried Tomatoes and White Beans

A healthy vegetarian recipe for one pan gnocchi with sundried tomatoes, white beans, spinach and mushrooms! Ready in 30 minutes.

∙ Serves 4
2 cups Mushrooms
4 cups Spinach, loosely packed
1/3 cup Sundried tomatoes
540 ml White beans
Pasta & Grains
500 g Packaged gnocchi
Baking & Spices
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, hot
1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Parmesan cheese
