Red Velvet Cheesecake

This Red Velvet Cheesecake is one of the smoothest and creamiest I think I've ever made. It is insanely good and has the light tang that is so loved in a red velvet dessert. The cream cheese whipped cream on top finishes it off perfectly!

∙ Serves 12-14
4 Eggs
Baking & spices
3 tbsp Cocoa
2 oz Food color, red
1/4 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Whipped cream cheese icing
Oils & vinegars
2 tsp Vinegar
2 cups Oreo crumbs
4 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Buttermilk
24 oz Cream cheese
3/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 cup Sour cream
