1 bunch Lacinto kale
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Pasta & grains
1/2 cup Israeli couscous

1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 Pepper

1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & seeds
1/2 cup Cashews, raw
1/4 cup Water
